yesterday was a mixed bag started off heavy rain fall cleared real quick by 8.30 sunny and warm until lunchtime, light breeze early part of afternoon, increased in strength later part of afternoon dropping temperature real quick. early evening heavy winds late evening heavy showers.
overall a very mixed bag

I think the New X-Files Sucked. What was the point of it ? First episode was great - the next couple were stupid - and the last followed the first one but didn't finish the story either. Now it's over ? WTH ? Always thought a 2 hour X-File movie of spOOky & Skully being sent to a town of Zombie Infection Outbreak.
This new series was just as bad as the second movie. Wadda ya think 'bout this ?

I have the recent season of X-Files but have not watched it yet. From what I understand, this is a test showing to see if there is demand for continuing the series so I think it is supposed to 'feel' unfinished. I always liked the anthology segments better than the continuing back-story. Might be awhile before I dedicate time to watching it. I have 3 other TV shows ready for binging and haven't looked at any of them. I might have more seasons of more shows soon as I get off my butt and go look for the episodes. The only ones I am actually looking forward to is Criminal Minds, Ash VS The Evil Dead and The Expanse. After those, I have a full season of TBBT to get thru. |

I noticed last night that Netflix added new movies to their selections. Rewatched The Hallow again last night. Haven't check my DishAnywhere listings lately.
My son gave me his passwords for his Netflix and DishAnywhere accounts. I don't use them much, except for background noise or to catch a rewatch here or there. I already have more movies than they offer and of what they offer, I have seen or have everything that interests me. Still its quick to load and plays fine.

Just got back from a smog run. Picked up my mail, Truck registration went down this year from $36 to $24. Stopped and got my hair cut off, 1/4 inch now - I'm an ole baldy, LOL
High 80 | Low 56 °F Its 80 right now and pleasantly sunny and clear, no wind.
I'll take this weather all summer.
This summer it will be 105°F 85-95% humidity and no wind (reason for my haircut).
Saw people swimming today, the Gulf must have finally warmed up.

Just read on Facebook that Netflix is raising their fees for everyone, even those that grandfathered in.

Yeah. Like free tv turned into a money sucking machine you cant stop now or your shut off from even local channels now that they did away with analog channels.
