Get one decent size potato and wash it off - trim the foul. Dice it and throw it in a bowl with garlic and onion powder Shove that in the microwave for a few minutes and take it out when the tater is almost soft.
Throw some real butter in fry pan with some worstershire Set the burner to med or med-low - have a lid
Throw the tater in the fry pan, pop in a egg or two about 1/4 sweet onion diced and some torn up lunch ham
Cook till the egg and taters are done and slightly browned - stirring sometimes and covered sometimes.
Throw that into a burrito shell with some shredded cheese and pop it in the mic with a wet paper towel or napkin for about a half a minute
Eat with picante sauce or your favorite condiment

Brown some hamburger with your favorite seasoning and a sliced sweet onion and some sliced mushrooms or peppers or both.
Drain that bad boy but don't eat it yet.
Make up some noodles and drain those too
Throw a can of Cream soup (doesn't really matter what kind, I use mushroom) in there and mix it all together in the noodle pot over low heat
when you can't touch the sauce - its ready
Have with something green to make your mom happy (I like spinnach)
